How scary. I have irrational fears of doing the same thing. Now I don't think they're so irrational after all!

RK

Oh dear.. I'm glad she's ok, and I do hope you'll heal (emotionally and physically) very quickly. I have strange visions occasionally regarding the kids getting hurt and it creeps me out. I haven't had any happen, though, and I hope it stays that way.

You acted to protect your child...that's what good moms do. And yes, accidents do happen. But you did the best you could. Now I hope you can get some rest tonight and not be sore all night long!

Michelle Z

So scary, T! I'm glad you're both okay - and I hope you're not as sore today.

And then on top of everything else to have a mirror fall on you? Yikes.

Julia

Oh my goodness that is so scary!! Take a handful of ibuprophen, turn on a video, and lay down on the couch. I hope you feel better soon!

I have a crazy fear of falling down the stairs and knocking myself out while hubby is out of town...someone finding us a week later, the poor starving kids curled up next to my unconscious body...I have issues.

Oh my gosh! I'm glad no serious harm occurred and I hope you can rest tomorrow! I've had similar things happen and it is very scary- PTSDville! Hugs.

Nora

Eek! I'm glad you and G are ok, if a bit banged-up.

Michelle

oh man! I'm so sorry you both had a tumble down the stairs :( Glad it wasn't anything more serious then a few bumps and bruises!
